Back in 2017, saw a large proportion of landlord customers opting for five-year fixed rate mortgage products following a PRA market review which changed the approach to mortgage affordability.
As part of this exco commissioned and prioritised work, i was tasked to work in a relatively short period of time with the product owner and marketing executives to review and restyle the portal.
With better content hierarchy coupled with a fresh and clean interface, I was able to massively improve the application process, focusing on making the users journey simple and straightforward. The results have seen an increase in use from 50% of switches to 80%.
