I was tasked with finding a solution to improve the way users navigated the banks website. Customers were getting confused and finding it hard to locate the right content due to a badly designed structure of similar products and difference business lines.

Reviewing tracking data and screen capturing found several dead ends and repeated pain points for the user. Quick fixes were put in place but an overall solution was needed. I scoped out a new user journey and created a series of wireframes and working a HTML prototype before A/B tested commenced.

The test results were positive, and the mega menu was introduced including a search functionality. This also gave the business an opportunity to add latest marketing material and products promotions.
