I was directly involved in the end to end ‘user centred design’ approach for this project. By working with the insight team, I was able to product and test wireframes focusing on creating a simplified application process that included an easy quote calculator for a quicker, more consistent, and reliable credit decision application.

Once finalized the wireframes were presented back to the business head for approval. In the build I was an instrumental part of the IT development team, responsible for the design output along with supporting developers and project managers throughout.

Result : A simple to use, flexible system that lets you generate quotes and submit applications in 3 easy steps.
